La mission
As part of an R&D innovation project, we are looking for a motivated intern to contribute to the 3D modeling and simulation of the thermal behavior of a thermal ablation device using ultrasound. This internship is part of the development of new functionalities and will contribute to design choices.
Main Responsibilities:
- 3D modeling of assemblies to be simulated using SolidWorks.
- Thermal characterization: Conducting tests to characterize the thermal properties of materials.
- CFD simulation: Simulation and analysis of thermal behavior in a perfused environment.

Profile:
- Student in Mechanical Engineering or Thermal Engineering (Master's level or equivalent).
- Skills in 3D modeling (SolidWorks or equivalent) and numerical simulation (CFD).
- Knowledge of OpenFOAM (or equivalent) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and analytical mindset.
- Interest in applied research and innovation.
