Gradient Denervation Technologies is a start-up developing an innovative medical device, patented by physicians from Stanford University, to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension.
We are looking for a curious and dynamic Software Engineer intern to join our team and contribute to the improvement of the production and testing software used for our medical device.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather user requirements from operators and identify areas for improving the user experience of the manufacturing and testing software.
• Update specifications and associated technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain the application in compliance with ISO 62304: enhancement of existing functionalities, optimization of user workflows, improvement of ergonomics, reduction of testing time, and management of error cases.
• Software development using C#, WPF, SQLite, CUDA, and OpenCV.
• Participate in testing campaigns, validation of software evolutions, and user support.

Profile:

• Student in Computer Science / Software Engineering currently in a gap year or final year of studies (Master's level or equivalent).
• We are looking for a candidate passionate about software development and eager to strengthen their skills in a regulated environment.
• Experience in application development, ideally desktop applications, particularly in C#, Java, or C++.
• Strong analytical rigor, autonomy, and perseverance will be required to successfully complete this mission.
