To support their Travel Design team during the busy high season, Family Twist is looking for a motivated and organised intern to help them create exceptional tailor-made holidays for families travelling across Europe.

Working closely with travel agencies, primarily based in the US, their Travel Design team is responsible for selling, designing and coordinating bespoke trips that combine cultural discovery, fun and luxury.

As a Travel Design Intern, you will work alongside our Travel Designers and play an active role in bringing these unique travel experiences to life. From checking availability with their local partners to preparing personalised quotes and coordinating reservations, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our travel design process.

Your main missions:

• Coordinate with local service providers: Check availability, rates and booking conditions with our network of partners.

• Prepare tailor-made quotes: Assist in creating personalised travel proposals adapted to each family's needs and expectations.

• Manage options and reservations: Coordinate the booking of accommodation, activities, guides, transport and other travel services.

• Prepare travel documents: Help create and update the documents needed to ensure each family's stay runs smoothly.

• Support the Travel Design team: Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations during our busiest time of year.
