La mission
Attached to the Operations Manager, you will manage and develop a client portfolio mainly composed of industries based in Africa (Oil, Construction, Food Processing, Manufacturing). You will work from our new office in Amoreiras, Lisbon. Organized and versatile, you will excel in both international purchasing, logistical management and export sales.
As an Procurement Logistics Specialist in our new team, your mission is to manage :
1. Sales - Lead the client account management :

- Increase turnover and margins
- Receive and process price inquiries and bids
- Identify new opportunities and markets
- Manage pricing, bids, Supply Chain projects and contracts
2. Sourcing and Purchasing :

- Source and find new suppliers
- Initiate consultations related to tenders
- Analyze proposals and evaluate suppliers
- Prepare and send purchase orders
3. Export ADV - Create and monitor new files

- Prepare documents for export
- Ship goods
- Debt recovery

The profile :
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Business or Purchasing, or a first experience in the previous areas
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- You have knowledge of international buying/selling techniques & Incoterms
- You are fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
