Within portfolio controlling department, you will support the controlling and strategic planning activity for real estate portfolio activity. Your missions will be the following :

• Active participation in the quarterly closing process coordination alongside with European local teams
• Consolidate GRE portfolio KPIs and analyses variations with budget
• Active participation in the 3-year strategic plan process
• Ensure consistency of data reported by GRE local finance teams
• Participation to reporting (monthly & quarterly)

Your profile : 

• You’re pursuing a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or any related fields
• You are fluent in French, both written and spoken. You also have an excellent level of English
• You have a first experience in Finance or Management/Financial Control 
• You have good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• You are known for your curiosity as well as your analytic and numbers-oriented thinking
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
