Within the French Funds team, your main missions will be:

Fund Management : 

• Assist the Fund Management team in the overall management of the Funds.
• Work with Asset Management with respect to business plan execution and collection of information to articulate strategy.
• Provide ad-hoc support for property development, investor requests, and portfolio risk assessments.
• Assist the Sustainable team to deploy the ESG strategy of the Funds.

Portfolio Management :

• Work with Accounting and Financial Control to provide forecasts for each portfolio, and ensure day-to-day activities with these services.
• Maintain portfolio and fund level performance metrics.
• Track and analyze asset and fund information, along with investor performance for company investment funds; including internal rate of return, time weighted returns and other performance metrics.

Investor Relations, Capital Raising and Reporting :

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual client reports; including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries and market research across major property types.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing-related materials for current investors and prospective new investors, including corporate overviews, fund updates and marketing materials.
• Assist with materials for ongoing investor correspondence and performance analysis, investor questionnaires and data requests such as realized returns, projected cash flows, liquidity analysis and historical performance.

Your profile : 

• You're pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in Finance or a similar field. Specialization in real estate is a plus
• You are fluent in English and in French, as they will both be your working languages
• You have a previous experience in an audit advisory firm or in an asset management company
• You have a strong command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel
• You have an understanding of financial modeling, as well as institutional investment in real estate
• You are proactive, and benefit from strong communication and analytical skills
