La mission

Le Wagon is looking for its future Product Manager Intern (6-month contract) or Apprentice (12-month contract):

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a key role across product and engineering topics. You will be a true organizational pillar of the Engineering team, ensuring the fluidity and rigor of internal processes and acting as the bridge between Engineering and stakeholders.

You will be able to work on the following missions:

Product Roadmap Management

  • Assist the CTO in collecting needs from stakeholders during Framing sessions.
  • Attend the Betting Table where stakeholder needs are pitched to the CEO for selection and prioritization.
  • Assist Project Owners in writing well-scoped pitches, synthesizing context and needs, elaborating solutions, and designing sketches on Excalidraw.

Project Lifecycle Management

  • Collect weekly Status Updates from Project Owners to monitor ongoing projects.
  • Organize all project lifecycle events with developers and stakeholders, from kick-offs to demos.
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and cycles to maintain the roadmap's momentum.
  • Schedule and coordinate product-oriented meetings, resolving calendar conflicts among senior stakeholders.

Process Implementation & Quality Control

  • Ensure Engineering team members implement processes with maximum fidelity and rigor.
  • Provide feedback and request revisions on documents, pitches, and deliverables when needed.
  • Follow up on Status Updates completion and Release Notes writing.
  • Collect Release Notes from developers, have them reviewed, and share them with the company on Slack.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Facilitate the onboarding of stakeholders on newly released features and track adoption.
  • Act as the liaison between Engineering and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Document all product-oriented meetings with detailed and polished notes.

Candidate profile:

  • You are currently pursuing a Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business school.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, and highly organized, capable of working with deadlines and in cycles.
  • You have clear and confident oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Having previous experience in the education / learning sector is an asset.
  • You have knowledge of tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspace ; Figma is a nice-to-have.
  • It's a bonus if you have read about the Shape Up methodology or if you have followed one of our courses before.
  • You have a genuine interest in Product and Engineering.
