Customer Success Manager – Trade Finance SaaS | 100% Remote, EU

A fast-growing European fintech specialising in the digitalisation of trade finance instruments (bank guarantees & sureties) is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to support and grow its client portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe - 100% remote, based anywhere in the EU.

Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Relationship & Ownership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients - corporates, banks and credit insurers - building strong relationships at both operational and executive levels.
  • Deeply understand each client's business model, objectives and success criteria, and translate these into actionable success plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions to track progress and represent the customer's voice internally.
Onboarding & Adoption
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from pre-contractual alignment through go-live, ensuring a smooth and timely implementation.
  • Deliver or coordinate user training sessions, webinars and enablement sessions tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate legal and pre-contractual requirements in close collaboration with sales, legal and operations.
Retention, Growth & Value
  • Drive platform adoption by proactively identifying obstacles, proposing solutions and guiding clients toward best practices.
  • Monitor client health, identify risks (low adoption, organisational change) and execute mitigation plans to protect renewals and reduce churn.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to scope and close additional business.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as the voice of the customer toward product management, aggregating feedback and requirements to improve the platform.
  • Collaborate with support to ensure efficient issue resolution and translate recurring problems into structural improvements.
  • Contribute to internal projects improving Customer Success processes, tooling and methods.

The profile they're looking for:
  • EU resident, with several years of experience in a client-facing role - customer success, key account management, consulting or product management - in a B2B environment; SaaS, fintech or trade finance exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record managing complex client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Near-native Polish, Czech or Slovak (min. C1) - mandatory; fluent business English required (min. B2); German or French at B2+ is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and a high degree of ownership.
