Within the French Funds team, your main missions will be:

Fund Management

• Work with Asset Management with respect to business plan execution and collection of information to articulate strategy and status internally and externally to investors
• Work with the Fund Manager to help inform transaction / disposal decisions and implementation
• Facilitate various fund projects and prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports
• Assist in portfolio performance analyses relative to investment objectives
• Support on all compliance and risk controls (conflict of interest / related party transaction controls, etc.)
• Support during internal audits (documentation gathering, completeness checks, etc.)

Portfolio Management

• Work with Accounting and Asset Management to provide portfolio forecasts
• Maintain portfolio and fund level performance metrics
• Facilitate data flow with independent real estate appraisers and allow swift analysis of quarterly asset valuations

Investor Relations, Capital Raising & Reporting

• Assist in the execution of investor and Advisory Committee meetings through preparation of investment materials, financial analyses and meeting logistics
• Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual client reports, including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries and market research across major property types

Your profile : 

• You're pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in Finance or a similar field. Specialization in real estate is a plus
• You are fluent in English and in French. Italian is a plus
• You have a previous experience in an audit advisory firm or in an asset management company
• You have a strong command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel
• You have an understanding of financial modeling, as well as institutional investment in real estate
• You are proactive, and benefit from strong communication and analytical skills
