Founded in 2009 and based in a few locations in France, with its development teams in Normandy, Aïkan is a technology-driven insurance services company and one of the two main subsidiaries of Efektiv Group, a leading French insurance services group created in 2025 through the merger of Aïkan and ACS Solutions. Today, the Group brings together almost 300 employees and manages 50 client portfolios for major insurers and brokers, including AXA and Zurich Insurance.

In addition to its insurance expertise, Aïkan develops innovative digital solutions for both the Group and its clients. By combining insurance knowledge with technology, its engineering teams builds a Claims Management System (CMS) and business applications that simplify operations and enhance the customer experience.

As part of Efektiv Group's European expansion, Aïkan is building a brand-new Technology Hub in Lisbon. Joining this new team means becoming one of its first members and helping shape its future while collaborating closely with experienced Software Engineers and Tech Leads based in Caen, France.
